Quality Assurance Process

  • Supreme's managers directly oversee live steaming operations at coastal miniplants and throughout all production facilities
  • Over 50 quality assurance professionals ensure adherence to the company's high standards throughout all production facilities
  • The company is BRC (British Retail Consortium) audited and is totally committed to industry leading quality assurance practices that deliver consistency that you can count on

Preparation & Packing Process

  • Live steamed at ocean-side mini-processing stations for maximum flavor and texture
  • Hand picked under black light to deliver crabmeat that is virtually cartilage-free and free of hard shells
  • Less than 3 hours between the plant and cooking stations

Where Our Crabs Come From

  • Supreme Crab & Seafood imports Blue Swimming crabmeat from Indonesia, a country in Southeast Asia made up of thousands of islands
  • Crabs are sourced from local fisherman who operate small, single-engine boats and who deliver fresh catches daily
  • The Indonesian team co-invests in local fishing fleets and shore-side mini plants and is also the largest owner of crab processing plants in Indonesia
